Process : Pressure Swing Adsorption Nitrogen generation process mainly consists of two PSA tower filled with Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) and interconnected with automatic pneumatic operated Change Over Valves. Compressed Air is allowed to pass through bottom of the PSA Tower where first it comes in to contact with the Bed of Activated Alumina having property to absorb the moisture content present in the air and make the compressed air dried. Now this dried air comes in to contact with the bed of Carbon Molecular. Mainly Oxygen is absorbed on Carbon Molecular Sieve and Nitrogen Enriched Gas is leaving the adsorber tower. The two towers are in cyclic process having normally 1+1 minutes. So at a time one tower should be under nitrogen production cycle, whereas the other tower undergoes regeneration which is achieved through depressurization of the tower to atmospheric pressure. The Pure Nitrogen stored in Nitrogen Storage tank and then used as per process requirement.
For Higher purity more than 99.999% requirements, Additional Purification system either Palladium Based De-oxo OR Copper Based De-Oxo system should be used as per Process requirements.
 
PSA/ VPSA OXYGEN GENERATION PLANT :
Capacity : Up to 500 Nm3/hr and Purity up to 93-94%
Process : Pressure Swing Adsorption Oxygen generation process should be same as PSA Nitrogen generation process. In PSA Oxygen generation plant, Zeolite Based Molecular Sieve (ZMS) should be used instead of Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) to generate the Pure Oxygen. Pure Oxygen gas pressure should be available up to 2.2 kg/cm2 (g) with PSA Technology and booster Oxygen Gas compressor should be used in case of Higher Pressure Requirements.

Vaccum Pressure Swing Adsorption (VPSA) Based Oxygen Generation Plant should be used for the Capacity above 30 Nm3/hr due to very low operating cost per Nm3 of Oxygen generation as compare to PSA oxygen generation. Feed air blower should be used instead of air compressor, So total power consumption should  be minimum 60% less than the conventional PSA Oxygen generation Plant.

COMPRESSED AIR DRYERS :
HEATLESS AIR DRYER : is the simplest form of dessicant type gas or air dryer for achieving a dew point of -40°c or better for compressed air systems and other gas and air dryer applications.
Capacity : 20 CFM to 500 CFM
Dew Point : -40 to -60 deg C ADP
Purge Los s: 12-15 %
Process : In this dryer two desiccant towers are used. While one tower is in drying, second tower undergoes regeneration simultaneously. Part of dry air coming out from tower in-line goes for regeneration of the second tower. Tower changeover takes place at every 5 minutes by a sequence controller mounted in control panel.
INTERNALLY HEATED TYPE AIR DRYER :
This is improved version of heatless dryer where purge air loss is very very low due to regeneration is achieved by dry air at low pressure and at high temperature. To achieve this heaters are provided in each tower to heat the purge air to around 180 Deg C, which enhances its moisture carrying capacities. This hot purge air at low pressure is passed through the desiccant bed to regenerate the Activated Alumina.

Purge Loss : 5-10 %
 
HEAT OF COMPRESSION - NO PURGE LOSS TYPE AIR DRYER :
The Heat of Compression (HOC) dryers are No-Purge Loss type dessicant dryers based on adsorption principle.
The hot air from the Compressor at min 120 deg C and higher temp, is used directly for regeneration of the desiccant. After regeneration, this air is cooled down to 40 deg C and then it is dried in second tower. Thus, the use of heaters is eliminated. For eg. in the 6+6 Hrs. Cycle the hot air is fed for regeneration for 4 Hrs. and for balance 2 Hr. a changeover takes place where the air is first cooled in cooler, then dried and before going to the outlet, cools the regenerated desiccant bed, thus bringing it down to ambient temperature. This cycle is reversed for the next 4Hrs. where the Adsorber drying the air in the previous cycle goes for regeneration and vice versa.
It’s having least running cost with best quality of air.

NO PURGE LOSS – SPLIT FLOW TYPE AIR DRYER :
The wet Air / Gas is split at the air dryer inlet through a distributor. Part of this air / gas is passed through an external heater and heated to a regeneration temperature of 160-180°C, and then it is fed to the Adsorber desiccant tower a containing activated Alumina OR Molecular Sieves under regeneration thus removing out the moisture from the desiccant bed. A water cooled / air cooled aftercooler condenses the desorbed moisture which is discharged regularly through the automatic drain trap. After condensation This Air/ Gas stream joins the main incoming air stream and goes for drying to the other tower which is under drying. Normally a Cycle time of 8+8 hrs is utilized to complete one cycle of operation. After each operation the changeover is affected automatically.
This type of dryer provides an outlet Dew Point of -40 deg C.

LOW PRESSURE AIR DRYER :
Offering low pressure air dryer, low pressure nitrogen dryer, fully automatic air handling unit for use in synthetic fiber, chemical process and other industrial applications.
 
BLOWER REACTIVATED TYPE AIR DRYER :
In this type of air dryer, the regeneration air is supplied from a blower which is heated in a heating chamber and thus increasing its moisture carrying capacity. This hot air is passed through the desiccant bed for regeneration.
Salient Features :
1. Low operating cost for high capacities.
Dew point upto (-) 60 Deg C can be achieved.
Most economical in the range from 1000 CFM onwards
 

REFRIGERATED AIR DRYER :

The simplest way of removing moisture from compressed air is to reduce the temperature. In this dryer compressed air is passed through a heat interchanger where cold refrigerant at around 3 Deg C is passed through the other side of the heat interchanger. At this temperature most of the moisture is condensed which is then separated and drained out in moisture separator.

CARBON MOLECULAR SIEVE :
We offer an effective range of carbon molecular sieve which is extensively used to produce nitrogen gas by Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA). Also, it is very helpful in separating compressed nitrogen gas from other gaseous streams mainly oxygen, water vapour. This results in high purity of nitrogen. Besides, it has crystalline composition and yield finished products.
